POTO Transport, a transport logistics company based in Albany, New York, needed a fresh and modern logo to replace their outdated design. A friend reached out to us to create a new logo that could be used across their fleet of trucks, office documents, and more. In addition to the logo, we developed comprehensive branding guidelines, including various logo variations, color schemes, typography, and other essential assets.

Logo Design Process

The creation of the logo was a thoughtful and strategic process, blending the essence of the company's identity with symbolic elements that resonate with the industry and values. The logo seamlessly intertwines the letters "P", "O", and "T" to represent the brand, each letter carrying significant meaning. 

The "P" derives from "Poto," the company's name, serving as the cornerstone of the identity. It symbolizes the foundation and origin.

The "O" element embodies the essence of strength, boldness, and prominence. It draws inspiration from the wheel of a truck, a quintessential symbol of the transportation industry. Additionally, the solid circle shape of the "O" reflects the unwavering commitment to reliability and stability in Poto’s operations.

Finally, the "T" is a direct nod to the word "Transport," signifying the core function within the logistics landscape. By seamlessly integrating these three letters, the logo not only encapsulates the identity but also communicates the values of strength, integrity, and professionalism to clients and partners.

White accents infuse a sense of purity and clarity, symbolizing the integrity and transparency upheld in every aspect of their operations. Together, these colors harmonize to create a distinguished and adaptable palette, resonating with clients and partners alike, while portraying a polished and trustworthy brand identity for Poto Transport.



Typography

Spacebook, a bold and commanding typeface, was purposefully chosen to embody the core values of strength, integrity, relationships, stability, and prominence. Its robust letterforms and expansive character spacing exude a sense of power and solidity, reflecting Poto Transport's unwavering commitment to reliability and resilience in the logistics industry. The use of Spacebook as a big/display font for the logo underscores the company's significant presence and stature within the market, instantly capturing attention and leaving a lasting impression. Moreover, its bold strokes and assertive design communicate the confidence and authority that define Poto Transport's brand identity, further enhancing its reputation for dependability and trustworthiness.
